Today was my first day of spring break! I am using it to getmorefit!I am currently in half-marathon running shape, but I want to see if I can push it a little more this week and get in 35 miles! Lets seeeee if I can do it.
Sunday (yesterday)-rest day :)
Monday- 4.21 miles (felt a little icky, I’ll blame to pollen and do better tomorrow)
As far as diet goes, I’m going to eat at least 1200 quality calories everyday. This means cutting back on sugar and quick burning carbohydrates, upping my protein, nothing fried, just the basics. I find when I eat well, I run well.
I am also vowing to sleep well and hydrate. It is my personal theory that you can do anything as long as you eat, sleep, and drink enough water.
Plan for tuesday-saturday: 5-6-5-7-7.79 readyyyy go!
